DigiSite Sensor Installation

To make installation quick and hassle-free, please have the following ready:

• 📏 Table specifications – A complete list of all table sizes and dimensions.

• 📐 Measuring tape – For precise placement and alignment of the sensor.

• 🤝 Installation partner – Someone to assist with sensor positioning during the registration process.

Install the Ziosk Go Mobile App from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store

Launch the app, tap on the Sensors tab, then select the Barcode Icon to start the sensor registration process.

The Venue Sensor is the core of your sensor network—it's what tells Ziosk devices exactly where they are. Without it, the devices can’t recognize their location or venue.

Scan the QR code on each sensor using the app, enter the table information, then select Register.

Refer to the DigiSite Sensor Location Cheat Sheet at the end of this guide on where to install sensors.

To ensure each device recognizes the updated sensor data and sensor list, perform a simple reboot: Remove the Ziosk battery from the device, then reinsert it.

This will refresh the device and apply the new sensor information.

Use a Ziosk device at each table to confirm that the Correct Table Number appears in the top right corner of the screen. This ensures the sensor is properly registered and mapped.
