Q: When I place a Ziosk device on a table I see 0 or a Table Icon instead of table number what does that mean?

A: This means the device is unable to determine its location and is provided a visual reference there is a problem. There can be a few scenarios which can produce this error.

1) There are no sensors within a table radius of the Ziosk device. Perform a physical inspection of the area where the sensor should be located. The sensor can be missing or is failing. If the sensor is physically visible use the Ziosk Go app Sensor List to see if the senor is responding.

2) Move the Ziosk tablet to another table, if you are getting the same problem while another Ziosk tablet can get the location information the problem can be with the Ziosk tablet.

Try rebooting the tablet if you keep getting the same problem contact Ziosk Support Center.
