Wi-Fi & Internet Connectivity Issues

If a device is not connecting to Wi-Fi or lacks internet access, it may be due to a Wi-Fi issue in a specific area of the building.

  1. If your network is managed by your own IT staff, please submit an IT ticket or contact your IT staff first to ensure the network is stable.

  2. If your network is managed by Ziosk, please contact Ziosk support at ziosk@support.com.
