What is zConnect?

zConnect is an online portal that empowers customers to manage and customize the functionality of their Ziosk devices. Through zConnect, users can control visual elements such as background images and on-screen buttons, as well as configure promotions using the Inactivity Play List (IPL).

The “IPL” feature allows for dynamic, daypart-specific content that enables promotional messaging during periods like Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner.

Additionally, promotions can be tailored to five defined phases of the guest experience: Precheck, Appetizer, Post-Order, Dining, and Payment, ensuring relevant and timely engagement throughout the dining journey.
