RMA Process

Please follow the steps below to properly submit an RMA.

Step 1: Quick Troubleshooting

Open your Device's User Guide and check the troubleshooting steps.

If the guide suggests submitting an RMA, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Submit Your RMA Request

1. Go to www.ziosk.com/rma on any internet-connected PC or laptop.

2. Complete the online form with details about your non-working Ziosk Device or Charger.

3. Enter the serial number of the device you're sending back.

Step 3: Confirmation & Next Steps

Check your email for two messages:

  • Ziosk RMA Email – with your case number, device serial number, and return shipping instructions.

  • FedEx Email – with a link to print your prepaid shipping label. Print and securely attach this to your package.

When Will You Get Your Replacement?

Devices: Replacements ship once FedEx confirms pickup of your non-working device.

Chargers: Replacement chargers ship immediately after we receive your RMA request.
