Site Health Page
After selecting the Site Manager Tile, you will land on the Ziosk Device Tab or the Full Brand View. This tab provides a high-level overview of all restaurants associated with your brand.
On the left-hand side, your brand name appears in green, with all restaurant locations listed beneath it in white. Selecting a restaurant from this list will automatically highlight and focus on that same location in the center panel.
Within the left panel, you can quickly find a restaurant by clicking the Magnifying Glass (Search) Icon and entering the store number or store name.
The center panel displays a full list of all restaurants, including key information such as Number of Devices Online, Last Site Sync and Last Publication Date. Selecting a restaurant name from the list will open a detailed dashboard with comprehensive site-level information.
Number of Devices Online – shows how many tablets or devices at the site are currently connected and communicating with our system.
Last Sync – This is the last time the site itself successfully synced with the CMS. Think of it as the site saying: “I last checked in and grabbed updates at this exact timestamp.” It updates whenever someone hits Resync or when an automated sync runs (if enabled).
Last Publication Date – This is the last time content for that brand/site was published in the CMS. It’s basically the CMS saying: “Here’s the most recent moment new content went live on my end.”
