Sensor Calibration Not Going Through

If the calibration is taking very long Ziosk Go is having difficulty to properly tune the sensor.

This is normal, it will take longer to properly program the sensor. Be patient, it will either successfully program the sensor or return a failed message. 

If you get a failed message, try again, if it happens again, please call the Ziosk Help Center to report this error. 

Call your Ziosk Customer Service Manager or Project Manager to report this error.

Do not move your mobile device while you are calibrating, it will cause delays and probably return a failed message.
