What is the Scan Endpoints Feature?

All Ziosk tablets and on-premise point-of-sale agents require an internet connection and secure endpoints to operate.

The Ziosk Go Scan Endpoints feature ensures Ziosk devices have access to all necessary network endpoints for full functionality.

If any endpoint is blocked, certain features may not work correctly. This feature commands a Ziosk tablet to check each required endpoint and report back to the Ziosk Go app.

How to Use the Scan Endpoints Feature

Results are displayed as "Blocked" if an endpoint is inaccessible or "Accessible" if successfully reached, providing a clear overview of network connectivity.

Simply select “Run Scan” located on the top right corner of the screen to allow the app to scan the network.
