Overview
The image highlights the Processing Payments Reminder Feature. This tool helps servers by alerting them not to open or lock the check on the POS (Point of Sale) system while the customer is processing their payment.
You can customize the frequency of these reminders by Contacting Ziosk Support, setting the notification to appear at intervals of your choice such as every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.
The server will need to select "Acknowledge" to continue to payment.
