One or More Charging Slots Not Charging Batteries

What do I need to do?

If one or more charging slots are not charging batteries, you will need to submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to our team for evaluation.

From there, the charging station will need to be sent back to us for repair and replacement.
