Drop & Pay™ Error Messages

During the Drop & Pay™ experience, three distinct error messages may appear, each indicating a specific issue:

  1. Check Already Open (Figure 1) – This error occurs when the check is already open on the point-of-sale system before being accessed on Tablet Pro.


  2. Check Unavailable (Figure 2) – This message appears when there is no open check associated with the table.


  3. We Hit a Snag! (Figure 3) – This error is triggered when the check is first accessed on Tablet Pro and then subsequently opened on the point-of-sale system.
