What does this screen mean?

It looks like there’s a problem with your device, and unfortunately, it can’t be fixed with normal troubleshooting. The issue seems to be serious enough that the device is considered faulty or “corrupt.”

Because of this, we’ll need to start the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. This means you’ll need to send the device back so we can either repair it or replace it for you.
